Mary-Anne Daly
Cazenove CapitalMary-Anne joined in 2001 and is Chief Executive of the business in the UK. She sits on the board of Schroder & Co. Limited, is a member of the Group Wealth Management Executive Committee and chairs the Investment Risk Committee. Prior to her current role, Mary-Anne headed the combined Wealth Management business of Schroders and Cazenove Capital in the UK. She joined from Baring Asset Management where she had been Head of Private Client Service and prior to that was Managing Director of the Paris office. Mary-Anne previously spent seven years in corporate finance at Baring Brothers and seven years at Chase Manhattan Bank in London.

Caspar Rock
Cazenove CapitalCaspar Rock joined Cazenove Capital in September 2016 and is Chief Investment Officer. He joined from Architas Multi-Manager Ltd, a part of the AXA group, where he was Chief Investment Officer and responsible for all aspects of the investment activities, including investment philosophy, process and team. He also oversaw portfolio management at two of AXA group’s private banks. He previously headed up the multi-manager business at AXA Framlington from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, he managed a range of directly invested equity and bond portfolios, and was Head of European Equities at Framlington as well as a member of the Healthcare team. He has 29 years’ investment experience.

Richard Buxton
Merian Global InvestorsRichard joined the Merian Global Investors as head of UK equities in June 2013, and was appointed as chief executive in August 2015. He was previously at Schroders, where he managed the Schroder UK Alpha Plus Fund for over 10 years. Prior to Schroders he spent more than a decade at Baring Asset Management, having commenced his investment career in 1985 at Brown Shipley Asset Management. Richard was awarded the Outstanding Contribution to the Industry honour at the Morningstar OBSR Awards in 2012 and has a degree in English language and literature from the University of Oxford.

Jan Dehn
AshmoreJan Dehn, Global Head of Research, joined Ashmore in 2005. Mr Dehn has extensive experience of trading emerging markets sovereign external debt, local currency bonds, FX, corporate bonds, and frontier markets. He joined Ashmore from Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked as a sovereign fixed income analyst covering Latin America, mainly out of New York.
He has also covered Eastern European, South African, and Mexican markets in a local currency strategy role. He was a consultant to the World Bank’s research department in Washington DC on public expenditure and commodity issues. He advised the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development in Uganda for two years as an ODI Fellow. Mr Dehn holds a doctorate in economics from Oxford University, a masters degree in Quantitative Development Economics from Warwick University, and a bachelors degree in Economics from Sussex University.

Merck Mercuriadis
Hipgnosis Songs LtdMerck Mercuriadis is a Canadian-American music executive and music manager. He is the CEO, Founder and managing partner of Hipgnosis Songs Ltd, an artist management firm, publisher, and record label based in London and Los Angeles.
Mercuriadis is the manager of music legend Nile Rodgers and the former manager of several notable rock and pop bands and musicians including Sir Elton John, Guns’N’Roses, Iron Maiden, Morrissey, Pet Shop Boys, Macy Gray, Mary J. Blige, Joss Stone and Jane’s Addiction, to name a few. Additionally, Mercuriadis is notable for serving from 1986-2007 as Director and CEO of The Sanctuary Group PLC, a major management company, an independent record label, a merchandise company (Bravado)and a booking agency (Helter Skelter now CAA UK) based in London, New York and Los Angeles.
Most recently, Mercuriadis is the Creator and Founder of the Hipgnosis Songs Fund, LTD, which has raised over $300 million in investment capital and has acquired hit songs and copyrights, including Beyonce’s ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)’, Rihanna’s ‘Umbrella’ Kanye West’s ‘All Of The Lights’, Justin Beiber’s ‘Baby’, and Jay-z’s ‘Holy Grail’ featuring Justin Timberlake, among other songs. Nile Rodgers is a co-founder of the Fund and sits on the Advisory Board.

Peter Hall
Schroders Wealth ManagementPeter Hall is Global Head of Wealth Management for the Schroders Group and sits on the Group Management Committee. Over the past twenty years, he has held leadership roles in Wealth Management at UBS, Barclays and Tilney. Peter started his career in Corporate Finance at Warburgs after graduating in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford. He has an MBA from INSEAD, France.
