Switch to paperless reporting

Switching to online reporting is simple. If you already use our online portal eServices:

  1. Log in to your eServices account
  2. Click on your UserID at the top of the homescreen and then click "Settings" within the dropdown menu
  3. Within "Settings" click "Change to paperless", and then "Continue" to confirm the action

If you don’t have an eService account (more information below), contact your portfolio manager.

Get the Cazenove Capital client app

Available for iOS/Apple and Android, our client enables you to:

  • View your portfolios, holdings and performance;
  • View and download your documents;
  • Confirm your identity when logging in to your online ‘eServices’ account; and
  • Read our latest insights and commentary.

App requirements:

  • iPhone version 5s, iOS11 and above or Android version 5.0 and above
  • Cazenove Capital online/eServices user. (You will need your eServices login details to create an app login).

eServices online portal for clients

eServices is our online reporting system for clients which enables you to:

  • See you portfolio performance, reports, market insights and commentary;
  • Request, run and view reports for your portfolio;
  • Access monthly and quarterly statements as well as the ability to generate reports on any business day; and
  • Search an online document archive.
