We are delighted to be hosting our annual Cazenove Capital Charity Investment Forum on the 12th of November 2026.

Once again, the forum will be held as a hybrid event, giving you the option to attend in person at 1 London Wall Place, or virtually.

This year's theme is Folklore: Myths, Money & Markets

Markets are shaped not only by facts and fundamentals, but also by the narratives, assumptions and beliefs that influence the decisions of investors, policymakers and institutions. Stories of inevitable booms and busts. Certainties around inflation and interest rates. Convictions about what drives success and what creates value.

This year's Forum will explore the stories we tell ourselves about markets, economies and investing. Through discussions on the economic outlook, investor behaviour, sustainability and governance, we will examine which narratives remain relevant, which have outlived their usefulness, and what charities can learn from separating the myths from the truth

Together, we will consider how stories shape investment decisions, stewardship, and long-term outcomes, and why understanding the narratives behind markets is often as important as understanding the numbers themselves.

We will be joined by our keynote speaker Emily Maitlis, alongside investment experts and practitioners, including Caspar Rock, Grace Lavelle, Alex Tedder, Kimberly Lewis, Dylan Grice and Jamie Broderick to name just a few.
