Lending terms

  • UK, Channel Islands and Gibraltar sited residential properties
  • Up to 60% ‘loan to value’ on property, subject to assessment
  • Minimum loan £500,000
  • Professional fees for account of the client
  • Up to 5 year term considered
  • Interest margin 2.25% over Bank of England Base Rate for Cazenove Capital investment management clients (2.75% over Bank of England Base Rate if loan only)
  • 0.5% Arrangement Fee for the loan agreed, payable on or acceptance of the loan terms
  • Loan interest charged quarterly in arrears
  • Available in GBP, USD and EUR subject to assessment
