In April, Schroders joined a billion people around the world to take part in Earth Day – the world’s largest environmental movement. Climate change poses the biggest challenge to our future and the life-supporting systems that make our world habitable – so this year’s theme is ‘climate action.’

In this inspiring video, some of our employees from around the world share the actions they’re taking to tackle climate change. We also hear from Schroders experts about how we’re integrating climate change considerations and broader ESG into our investment processes and client conversations.
