Sharon joined in 2017 as part of the transfer of C. Hoare & Co.’s Wealth Management business, where she had worked since 2011 to further develop the offshore services. She began her career in the financial sector in 1997 working for a family owned firm of accountants before joining Heartwood to look after private clients and trusts as a Client Director. Having gained a PhD in organic Chemistry at London University, Sharon started her career in polymer research with Courtaulds Coatings. She is a member of the Association of Tax Technicians and holds the Investment Advice Diploma and the Financial Planning Diploma. Sharon is a member of the CISI and a Chartered Wealth Manager and has 20 years’ experience in financial services.
