Simon joined as a Portfolio Director from C. Hoare & Co. in 2017 where he was Head of Charities and responsible for the bank’s relationships with intermediaries. Prior to this, he managed portfolios on behalf of charities and private clients at Schroders and GAM before working as a consultant with Asset Risk Consultants (ARC) in Guernsey. Simon then returned to the UK where he joined the charity team at Investec. He studied Economics at the University of Exeter, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and is a CFA member (via the IIMR). Simon has over 27 years of experience in the finance industry, 22 years of which have been in investment management.
