Kings Place is a young, independently-funded arts and conference venue in the heart of Kings Cross, whose programme is as diverse, engaging and innovative as the city we live in. At Kings Place, they aim to explore an idea from multiple perspectives, through a diverse offering of music, spoken word, festivals comedy and visual art.

Kings Place Music Foundation

Kings Place Music Foundation (KPMF) is the charity set up to run the performance spaces at Kings Place. Gifted with the performing and back-of-house spaces on a long lease, KPMF aims to deliver a performance programme financed by ticket sales and the hire of the Kings Place facilities for rehearsals, conferences, filming and recordings.

KPMF offers access to creative spaces for both new and established audiences with affordable prices for all. The KPMF music programme is funded entirely by revenue from ticket sales and income generated through event and conference hire, and without reliance on public funding.

KPMF values both musical tradition and innovation. the Foundation works with partners and Artistic Associates, as well as an array of external performing groups, to deliver a diverse artistic programme.

KPMF is also home to the Music Base, an open plan office space shared with KPMF where small arts organisations and charities can hire office space.  As part of Kings Place, KPMF aims to provide a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all our visitors; community, staff and artists alike.
