COP27, the UN climate summit in Egypt last November, was dominated by discussions around how developed economies will support developing countries address damage from global warming.

While a deal was struck, much of the detail is still to be worked out. Meanwhile COP15 was a pivotal moment marking an acceleration of action to protect nature, which has a crucial role to play in both the mitigation and adaptation to climate change.

In the Q4 report from the Sustainable Investment team, read about  the successes and challenges from both COPs. The team believes that if 2022 showed us anything, it is that social factors cannot be ignored in sustainability discussions.
