Schroders has renamed its Wealth Management business in Asia, which formerly traded as Cazenove Capital, and will now trade as Schroders Wealth Management to build on its brand strength in the region.

Schroders Wealth Management globally manages US$56.6 billion* of assets for private clients and charities with offices in Europe and Asia. The largest presence is in the UK and Channel Islands which will continue to operate under the Cazenove Capital brand.

The Hong Kong office changed its trading name to Schroders Wealth Management earlier this month and Singapore will follow in early September.

Andrew Ross, Global Head of Wealth Management, Schroders said:

“Schroders is a well-known and respected brand under which to develop our wealth management and private banking business in Asia. We have a unique offering in the market and this combined with the Schroders brand strength will be key to our next stage of growth.

Clients trust us to manage their wealth with integrity and to plan for a prosperous and secure future. In return they gain the very best of our firm - our people, our ideas, our service and care."
