The aim of the fund is to generate a total return above sterling cash interest rates through the flexible investment of at least two thirds of the total assets in lower rated and unrated debt securities. The Fund may invest in a broad range of investment grade, non-investment grade, unrated, distressed and defaulted debt instruments and financial derivative instruments thereof.
