Paul Marriage joined Cazenove Capital in 2005.  He is a member of the pan-European equity team and Manager of the Cazenove UK Smaller Companies Fund and Cazenove Capital’s UK Dynamic long-short funds (UCITS and Cayman domiciled hedge fund); the Cazenove Absolute UK Dynamic Fund and the Cazenove UK Dynamic Absolute Return Fund.  Paul joined from Insight Investment where he was head of UK Small Cap investments valued at £750 million.  Prior to this, he was an analyst at GH Asset Management.  Paul graduated from University College, Oxford with a degree in Modern History.  He is a member of ASIP and has 12 years of investment experience.

Richard Jeffrey joined Cazenove Capital in 2008 and became its Chief Investment Officer at the start of 2009. In this role, he will be responsible for the strategic framework that supports the investment teams. Since completing a masters degree in quantitative economics in 1981, Richard has worked as a professional macro-economist and market strategist in the City of London. Most recently he was at Ingenious Securities, where he was a Director and Head of Securities. Between May 2002 and 2006, Richard was a director and Head of Research at Bridgewell Securities . From 1992 to 2002, he worked for Charterhouse Securities as Head of Research and for Charterhouse Group as Chief Economist. Prior to this, between 1981 and 1992, he was employed by Hoare Govett Ltd., ultimately heading up the economics and strategy team. As well as working as a professional economist, Richard sits on the Council of the Centre for Policy Studies; he is also on the Committee of the Regulatory Evaluation Group, established under the auspices of the Adam Smith Institute. Richard Jeffrey is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and a City Fellow of Hughes Hall, Cambridge. He is a frequent broadcaster on radio and television and has written for various newspapers and magazines. Richard has 29 years of investment experience and is a director of Cazenove Capital and its offshore hedge funds.

Tim Russell joined Cazenove in 2003. He is Head equities with specific responsibility for UK equity construction and performance across the range of Management's UK institutional, charity, private clientis also manager of the Cazenove UK Growth & Income Fund (onshore), the Cazenove UK Equity Fund (offshore), the Cazenove UK Equity Absolute Return Fund and the Cazenove Leveraged UK Equity Fund. Tim joined from HSBC Asset Management (Europe) Ltd where he also had overall responsibility for UK equities and was manager of six of their funds valued at £2 billion, including the AAA rated HSBC UK Growth & Income Fund. Prior to HSBC, he held a similar position at Lazard Asset Management achieving a Fund Research rating across their entire range of UK funds. In 1997 Tim was awarded the Investment Week Income Fund Manager of the Year. Prior to joining Lazard in 1992, Tim was awarded the Roy Wright scholarship, sponsored by Rio Tinto plc, which enabled him to spend two years in industry in marketing, financial and strategic roles. He started his career in 1985 as a corporate finance executive with Merrill Lynch (Europe) before joining UBS Phillips & Drew as an institutional salesman. He graduated from Keble College, Oxford University with an MA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. He is a Managing Director and has 25 years of investment experience.
