European Equity (ex UK) Fund

Past performance is not a guide to future performance. The value of an investment and the income from it may go down as well as up and investors may not get back the amount originally invested.

Fund aim

The fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth through investment of at least two thirds of the total assets of the fund in the equity securities of companies incorporated in the EEA or EU countries (excluding the UK) and Switzerland or in companies which derive a predominant proportion of their revenues or profits from these countries or which are predominantly operating in them.

Fund overview and performance target

Fund manager, Steve Cordell adopts a flexible, diversified approach to investing in European equities, maximising investment opportunities throughout the business cycle. The fund aims to outperform the benchmark, FTSE World Europe ex-UK Index, by +2% (net of fees) on a calendar year basis over the medium term. Tracking risk up to 8% but typically managed between 3-6%. There is no guarantee that this target will be achieved.
