The Cazenove Multi-Manager Diversity Fund – Donation Accumulation Unit Class

The Cazenove Multi-Manager Diversity Fund Donation Accumulation Unit Class is a new way for investors to participate in initial and ongoing charitable donations (to a range of charities), from their investment in a broadly diversified investment fund. By launching this unit class for the Diversity Fund, we have created the industry’s first retail charitable fund.

We have created a new unit class for the popular Cazenove Multi-Manager Diversity Fund which will make initial and ongoing donations to the Fund Aid Foundation on behalf of investors in the fund. The amount of the donation is pre-determined; investors will know the percentage level of the donation made from the fund.

The donation will be:

2% to be donated from the initial charge

A minimum of half the annual management charge

The Fund Aid Foundation is a recently approved non-profit making registered charity set up for this venture (Registered Charity No. 1122675). Each year the trustees of the foundation will elect a theme. This theme will form the basis on which Charities or individuals will be chosen to receive grants.
