Sir Roger Hurn. Appointed as a non-executive Director in December 2005. Sir Roger is Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and is also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. He was formerly Chairman of Smiths Group Plc, Marconi Plc and Prudential Plc. He was also formerly non-executive Deputy Chairman of GlaxoSmithKline Plc.
