Rupert Tyer. Appointed as a non-executive Director in January 2011. Mr Tyer was previously with Cantillon Capital Management, where he was a founding partner of the London and New York based global equity boutique. Prior to this, he was Managing Director at Lazard Unit Trust Managers Ltd, with responsibility for business development, distribution and marketing strategy for the UK and Dublin based businesses.
