David Mayhew. Appointed to the Board and as a non-executive Chairman in October 2005. Mr Mayhew was Chairman of J.P. Morgan Cazenove Limited until his resignation on 30 June 2010. He is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Mr Mayhew was a non-executive Director of Rio Tinto Plc until his resignation in May 2010.
